  • In the airline industry for over seven years:
    • Participating in the implantation inSpainof an international aviation company.
    • This process included the development of affiliation projects, pricing for the Spanish market, marketing plans, CRM development for Spain, application of Revenue Management techniques, training agencies in the use of Amadeus, Amadeus pricing systems, management and sale of bookings through CRS etc.
    • In the international hotel trade for over 14 years
    • Mexico,Dominican Republic,Morocco,Costa Rica, Netherlands etc.
    • Participating in the study and implantation of hotels in new international and national destinations through direct ownership, rental, management or franchise.
    • Development of different types of software for hotels (PMS, CRM,CMI, Human Resources Management, Presence Control, BI, Budgeting etc.
    • Management of large IT environments covering over 600 international systems and 60 servers.
    • Participation in organisational, business and financial restructuring projects for groups with up to 3000 employees and 120 million euro turnover.
    • Leading the establishment of more than 50 hotels in different countries and from different cultures, carrying out Project Management.
    • Leading strategic alliances with different IT developers and providers in innovation processes (we have been BETA clients for Meta4, Telefónica, BT, Condimenta, Sidetex, Syntax Management Systems) achieving high rates of success in all cases.
    • Leading innovation projects for online marketing and sales through communication platforms on servers such as Dingus or sales models such as a Holiday Club affiliated to the RCI international network.
  • In the field of Host Agencies Hotels (management, marketing and reception).
  • In the field of resort development we have participated in the analysis of destinations, active as well as potential, for the development of new businesses. Participating in strategic plans covering market studies with visitor volumes, tourist and TO patterns in order to make decisions on the routes of company growth.
  • During the years of growth we have participated in high-level meetings with public organisations from different countries in order to deal with characteristics of sustainability and implantation of foreign business in these countries, finding environments for beneficial / profitable growth for both resorts and investors.
